Welcome to Willston. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our digital legacy platform, including all services, content, and features provided through www.willston.com.

By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to use Willston in accordance with all applicable laws.

1. Who We Are

Willston is operated by WESS EUROPE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14016022).

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use Willston. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Willston responsibly and only for lawful purposes. In particular:

  • You may only upload your own voice, your own written content, and images you have the legal right to use.
  • Any voice cloning, digital persona generation, or storytelling must reflect your authentic self.
  • You must not impersonate others, upload misleading, abusive, or unlawful content, or use Willston for fraudulent purposes.

Misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Digital Persona Disclaimer

The Willston Digital Persona is an AI-generated interpretative simulation based solely on information you provide.

Disclaimer: This digital persona is not a direct or exact representation of your words, thoughts, or intentions. It should not be treated as a legally binding statement or a substitute for formal communication.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled securely via Stripe. You are responsible for cancelling any active subscriptions before deleting your account.

No refunds are issued after payment processing unless required by law.

6. Account Termination & Data Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.

You may delete your data at any time via your account settings. If your subscription is inactive and deletion is requested, all associated data will be permanently erased.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All platform features, designs, software, and AI-generated functionality remain the property of WESS EUROPE LTD.
  • While you retain rights to your uploaded personal content, we maintain ownership over the systems, interfaces, and processing methods that transform that content (including Digital Persona outputs).
  • Users may export their original voice sample but not other system-generated data.

8. Legacy Contact Access

In the event of your death:

  • Your assigned legacy contacts may access select content for 2 years, with optional extensions available via paid plans.
  • You may control their access settings during your lifetime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Willston is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.
  • The suitability of the service for legal or medical purposes.
  • Any outcomes resulting from user-provided or system-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at www.willston.com. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
